Of course its a scam, Siemens is one of the biggest energy companies in the world, they would never send out random emails or use a free @yahoo address. Thats not Siemens HR department address. It would be @siemens.co.uk if this were really from Siemens, nothing else

Sounds too good to be true- yes. If they want you to send them personal information, or money- yes. Did you set up a jobing.com profile? Do they know you through your current job? I’d reply to them telling them its interesting, but exactly how did they get your e-mail, and why specifically are they contacting you.
